QATAR. HEC Paris in Qatar, one of the world’s leading providers of Executive Education, is offering a new and innovative Executive Short Program, from March 28th to 29th, aimed at educating managers on how to become more effective leaders in today’s complex and disruptive business environment.

The two-day ‘Leading Leaders through Complexity’ short program will be run by HEC Paris Professor Michelle Zandvoort, an expert in the psychological elements of change management and leadership training. The program, to be held at the HEC Paris campus in Tornado Tower, is open to all managers seeking to develop specific leadership skills that will bring immediate results for their organization and themselves.

The ‘Leading Leaders through Complexity’ short program aims to equip managers with a rich understanding of how to successfully steer a team through the evolutionary and disruptive changes in the global corporate digital environment. Participants will learn how to ‘co-create meaning’ with stakeholders, and discover new ways of leading the ‘self’ in addition to efficiently leading others.

“With the world moving at a faster pace than ever, and with increasing connectivity and digitalization, the modern business landscape is ripe for disruption. Through this program, we aim to help managers effectively operate in times of change and present a clear picture of how they can better influence teams in this disruptive era,” said Professor Zandvoort. “The program will give them a better understanding of the needs of managers and teach the key concepts of how to develop their leadership acumen.”

Registration is now open for the ‘Leading Leaders through Complexity’ Executive Short Program.
